 In today's world with everyone having to budget those hard
earned dollars it is important to buy children's toys that are sturdy and dependable and will last more
than a few weeks or months. The Step2 Neat and Tidy cottage is just such a toy.This plastic (polyurethane) cottage is designed for children 18 months to 8 years (but, best fits children 18 months to 4 or 7 years) The cottage has a nice open design that reminds adults a bit of a rectangular gazebo with shutters and a door, that makes watching your child play easy and simple. It has it's own floor complete with drain so it can be hosed out. An electronic phone, (2AA batteries not included) a sink, a working doorbell, a mail slot and shutters that open and close. It is not too colorful coming in brown and cream with a blue roof. And it can be enjoyed by children either inside or out.

Many parents stated that they could squeeze inside for a few minutes visit with their children when invited and that there was enough room for 2 to 4 toddlers to all play together inside. and Tidy cottage were quite positive as shown by it's good rating and nice reviews. While
this playhouse really isn't suited for children older than 4 or 5 years it sells for around a $150.00
which averages to $50.00 or $70.00 dollars per year for a toy that children love and spend hour upon hour
playing in. That makes it a real value this day and age. Given the amount of time that children who own
this playhouse spend in it and the fun they have this playhouse should be worth considering investing
in.
