Designed for children ages 18 months to 5 years this playhouse offers a lot of fun as either an inside or outside toy.

The step 2 naturally playful look out tree house is a simple design featuring a 19 inch platform with a roof, a ladder, a slide and a periscope that rotates 180 degrees. The look out tree house is designed to hold up to 75 pounds safely. There is also room to crawl under the tree house as well.

The 19 inch tall platform is just the right height for toddlers and parents as well because there is little chance of serious injury should they take a fall. The plastic construction has no sharp corners which makes if safer than metal or wood for young children.

There were several things that parents liked about the Step2 naturally playful lookout treehouse and some of those things were:

Cons of the Step2 Naturally Playful Lookout Treehouse

• Some parents found that the almost straight up ladder made climbing difficult for some toddlers. 
• While this tree house is supposedly designed for use by children up to 5 years of age many parents found that the tree house roof was set so low that it was often difficult for a three year old to stand up under the roof.
